TIM KEENER

Executive Director

I joined the team at Christian Direction in November 2019 and I love working with an organization rooted in a deep calling to nurture God’s Mission in our city and province.

Having served in congregational ministry, I enjoy the pastoral aspects of my role as Executive Director. I love working alongside others and contributing to their personal vocation and ministry. I love seeing the Gospel proclaimed and demonstrated in so many creative ways.

I would describe my role as helping the organization know and live out its identity and calling, growing continually in the grace of God and developing our capacity for that calling.

My wife and I are originally from the United States, and have four children. We lived in France for eight years, and came to Montreal in 2014. I am ordained to Word and Sacrament with the Evangelical Covenant Church. My favourite past times are cooking, photography, and playing guitar.
